We have created a fresh lemon whoopie pie, which will make it's debut at this weekend's market. This whoopie pie is made with local buttermilk from Hatcher Family Dairy, eggs from Noble Springs Farm and organic California lemons. The taste testers give it a thumbs up and here is what one fan had to say:
"I am not a big fan of Lemon flavored deserts, but the Lemon Whoopie Pie is delicious! The zing is perfect and not too sweet, just right. Thanks for sharing. It went great with the Flavia Chai tea!" - V.
