Coconut Whoopie Pie
We've rolled out another new recipe! This one was created with the Mounds candy bar in mind. Made with organic Coconut Oil, Coconut Milk and Coconut flakes the filling is creamy and works well with the dark chocolate cake. We'll have them at market this Saturday so c'mon out and pick one (or two) up for dessert!

I tried this today and all I can say is WOW! I wasn't sure what to expect, but as soon as I bit into it all I could think about was a Mounds candy bar. It tastes just like it without being overly sweet. Very moist and flavorful. Deana, you have done it again! YUMMY!!
