Blueberry Brownies

Our dear friends at Blue Honey Farms stocked us up on their FABULOUS blueberries this summer and I have about two huge bags in the freezer, ready to go for pancakes, muffins and smoothies. However last night I decided to put them into brownies. Yes you heard me right, blueberry brownies. And they were delicious!  The recipe I came up with is pretty basic. By incorporating local and organic unrefined ingredients this dark chocolate brownie is a better alternative than most.

I think I'll test the next batch with red raspberries and cherries for those of you that prefer those flavors.
